General provisions
These terms form an agreement with SUCCESS GAMES S.R.L., the owner and service operator of HabiVue Arc, and govern the paid Premium subscription used to access Premium functionality in the HabiVue iPhone app. The website provides app download, subscription checkout, support and cancellation; it is not a browser design application.
Order placement and payment methods
To place an online Premium order, select an offer, provide the name and email used to identify the HabiVue app account, review the displayed price and renewal schedule, and expressly accept the Terms, Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy. Available offers are 3.00 EUR for a 3-day paid Premium trial, 7.00 EUR for a 7-day paid Premium trial, or 19.99 EUR for 2 weeks without a trial. After the selected initial period, the subscription renews automatically for 19.99 EUR every 2 weeks until canceled. The selected amount and period are shown before payment. Card and supported wallet payments are completed only on the secure payment-provider checkout page. An order is accepted only after server-side confirmation from the payment provider.
Digital service delivery
After the payment method or charge is confirmed and the order is accepted, Premium access is provisioned to the HabiVue iPhone app account identified by the checkout email. The order details and app credentials are displayed on the success page. When production email delivery is available, the same access details and any applicable payment confirmation are also sent to the checkout email. Delivery is electronic and normally follows immediately after verified provider confirmation; if confirmation is delayed, access is withheld until verification succeeds. HabiVue requires an iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later.
App account and credentials
After confirmed checkout, the website provisions access through HabiVue’s app identity service. The delivered email and password are used in the app. Any local user record is only the technical mirror needed for billing handoff and does not create a separate website identity.
Premium access
Available offers are 3.00 EUR for a 3-day paid Premium trial, 7.00 EUR for a 7-day paid Premium trial, or 19.99 EUR for 2 weeks without a trial. After the selected initial period, the subscription renews automatically for 19.99 EUR every 2 weeks until canceled. The selected amount and period are shown before payment. The currency and total displayed at checkout form the offer you accept. No design functionality is provided on this website.
Cancellation
Use the Cancel subscription page with the checkout email and last four card digits. A confirmed request cancels every matching HabiVue Arc Premium subscription and prevents future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse a charge that was already confirmed. Cancel subscription.
Visual concepts, not professional advice
HabiVue supports inspiration and visualization. App outputs are not measurements, construction drawings, engineering, architectural, electrical or safety advice, and do not guarantee feasibility, cost or outcome. Consult qualified professionals before material work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe its security, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content or use it to violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
Personal data protection and privacy
We process account, checkout, billing and support information only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including order fulfillment, Premium access, subscription control, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by HabiVue Arc. Privacy Policy.
Refund and return policy
Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights and request instructions are set out in the Refund Policy. Because Premium is a digital service, there are no physical goods to return. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Refund Policy.
Availability and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but features may change and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by consumers.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and the product licence are governed by the laws of Republic of Moldova. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in the country where you live. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly.
