These terms supplement the Terms of Use for HabiVue Arc Premium access in the iPhone app, supplied and operated by SUCCESS GAMES S.R.L..
Initial paid period
Available offers are 3.00 EUR for a 3-day paid Premium trial, 7.00 EUR for a 7-day paid Premium trial, or 19.99 EUR for 2 weeks without a trial. After the selected initial period, the subscription renews automatically for 19.99 EUR every 2 weeks until canceled. The selected amount and period are shown before payment.
Automatic renewal
After the selected 3-day, 7-day or 2-week initial period, Premium renews automatically every 2 weeks for 19.99 EUR until canceled.
Cancellation
Use the public Cancel subscription page with the checkout email and last four card digits. A confirmed request cancels all matching HabiVue Arc Premium subscriptions and prevents future renewals. Submit the request before the next scheduled charge. Cancel subscription.
Refunds and withdrawal
Where applicable to you as a consumer, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period begins when the subscription contract is concluded. It does not restart with later recurring charges. Refund requests must identify the specific transaction concerned and are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Access lifecycle
Premium app access may be limited after a failed payment and revoked when cancellation becomes effective, or after a refund or chargeback. A reversal may restore access after verified provider confirmation.
Website role
The website provides subscription checkout and cancellation. HabiVue’s creative and Premium functionality is delivered in the iPhone app, not in a browser workspace.
