This policy explains how SUCCESS GAMES S.R.L. handles checkout, support and billing information on HabiVue Arc for Premium access in the HabiVue iPhone app. Creative work and photos are handled in the app under its own product context; this website does not provide a browser design workspace.
Information you provide
The website processes your name and email, and receives authentication tokens from HabiVue’s Backengine identity service. It does not store your app password as a usable local website password. Support requests include the email, topic and message you submit.
Billing information
Our payment provider processes payment details securely. HabiVue stores only provider references, subscription status, trial and billing dates, and transaction lifecycle data needed to grant or revoke app access and provide account controls.
Purpose and retention
Information is used to authenticate your app account, activate and manage Premium, support you, prevent trial abuse, comply with law and protect the service. Records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can cancel matching HabiVue subscriptions from the public Cancel subscription page. Contact support for account or privacy requests. Mandatory retention and fraud-prevention records may remain where law permits. Cancel subscription.
